ADA Compliance Marking
Accessible stalls, van accessible spaces, and the signage that goes with them, placed to meet Texas accessibility standards. This isn't optional for most commercial properties, and it's easy to get wrong.
Every commercial lot with public parking is required to have a minimum number of accessible stalls, scaled to the total stall count, including at least one van accessible space once a lot reaches a certain size. Getting the count, placement, and striping pattern right the first time matters. It's the kind of thing an inspector or a customer's lawyer will notice if it's off.
We handle the layout and the paint: the accessible stall markings, the access aisle striping next to each one, and the van accessible designation where required. If your property needs the physical signage as well (the posted signs, not just the ground markings), tell us up front and we'll walk you through what that adds to the job.
If you're re-striping an existing lot anyway, this is the easiest time to fix an ADA layout that's outdated or was never quite right. We'll flag it honestly if we see a problem, even if you didn't ask us to look.
